How much does Odoo cost?
Odoo pricing has two parts: the licence, charged per user by Odoo S.A. (or nothing at all for Odoo Community), and the hosting it runs on. This guide shows the official prices as of November 2026, what each plan includes, and what your total Odoo cost will be.

Billing monthly instead of yearly costs more. A cheaper Light User licence exists for employees who only use self-service features. Check odoo.com/pricing for the price in your country.
What the Odoo licence includes, and what it does not
According to Odoo's pricing page, the Standard and Custom plans include all Odoo apps, hosting on Odoo Online, support by email, and upgrades to new versions at no extra fee. Odoo Online includes up to 100 GB of storage.
Three costs are not included in the licence:
- Hosting on Odoo.sh or your own servers. The Standard plan runs on Odoo Online only, which does not accept custom modules. To host on Odoo.sh or on-premise you need the Custom plan, and Odoo.sh is billed on top of it.
- Implementation. Setup, data import, customisation and training are sold separately, by Odoo as Success Packs or by an Odoo partner.
- Custom code and in-app credits. Maintaining your own modules, and credits for services such as SMS or document scanning, cost extra.
Odoo.sh pricing
Odoo.sh pricing is a monthly hosting fee on top of the Enterprise licence. It is calculated from the number of workers (1 to 16 on shared hosting), storage per GB (up to 512 GB) and staging environments, with dedicated servers for larger projects. The Odoo.sh page states that the hosting price does not include the Enterprise licence.
Odoo Community: free licence, paid hosting
Odoo Community is open source under the LGPLv3 licence, so it has no per-user fee. You pay only for the server and for the time to run it: installation, backups, updates, security and monitoring. Our guide to self-hosting Odoo Community covers what that involves.

Odoo hosting cost by option

How much does Odoo implementation cost?
Implementation is usually the largest one-off cost, and it depends on the number of apps, data migration and customisation. Odoo sells fixed-hour Success Packs, and Odoo partners quote by project. Ask for a quote that separates configuration, data migration, custom development and training, so you can compare offers. How much does Odoo cost per user?
As of November 2026, Odoo's US pricing page lists the Standard plan at US$24.90 and the Custom plan at US$49.00 per user per month, billed yearly, for the first year (then US$31.10 and US$61.00). One App Free costs nothing for one app, and Odoo Community has no licence fee.
Is Odoo free?
Odoo Community is free and open source under the LGPLv3 licence, and the One App Free plan gives one Enterprise app with unlimited users on Odoo Online. Using more apps on Odoo Enterprise needs the Standard or Custom plan.
Does the Odoo price include hosting?
Yes for Odoo Online, which is included in the Standard and Custom plans. Odoo.sh is billed separately on top of the Custom plan, and on-premise or cloud servers are paid to your provider.
What is the difference between the Standard and Custom plans?
Standard runs on Odoo Online only, without custom modules. Custom adds Odoo Studio, multi-company, the external API, custom modules, and hosting on Odoo.sh or on-premise.
How much does Odoo hosting cost with CloudPilot?
CloudPilot Starter is $19 a month billed yearly with the server included; Pro is $29 a month on your own servers in any cloud, plus what your provider charges. There are no per-user fees, and Odoo Enterprise needs your own Odoo subscription.
