Your Odoo instance runs on a CloudPilot shared server that we run, patch and back up. There is no server to set up and no cloud bill.
Connect AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr or Akamai. CloudPilot creates the server in your account; you pay your provider directly and keep every credit and discount you already have.

On Starter, yes: your Odoo instance runs on a CloudPilot shared server and hosting is part of the price. On Pro and Business, servers run in your own cloud account or on your own machines, so you pay your provider directly and CloudPilot never adds server costs to your invoice.
Yes. Email sales@cloudpilot.app to upgrade or downgrade, and the new plan applies to your account straight away.
Every new account gets 14 days of Starter for free, with no credit card required. When the trial ends your Odoo instance keeps running and you can still sign in and view everything; choose a plan to make changes again.
Odoo users are never counted. Starter includes one Odoo instance and a staging copy of it; Pro and Business include unlimited instances and staging environments, on as many servers as you like.
