Team roles and client accounts

Team members and roles

Go to Team → Add a member, enter their email and an initial password (at least 12 characters; ask them to change it), and choose a role:

• Admin: everything, including the team and billing.
• Full: manage all servers and instances.
• Read-only: view everything, change nothing.

Client accounts (Business plan)

Odoo partners can create a separate account for each client under Clients → New client account. Each client's servers and instances use your plan. Your team manages them with the role it has in your account, and you can invite the client's own users from inside the client account. See CloudPilot for partners.
